Designed for use in cadre development, Constructive Struggle is a guide for converting comradely struggle into principled organizational unity — a concrete guide to the concrete interpersonal and group dynamic challenges that arise in the process of building an organization of revolutionaries.

This is a small, pocket-book sized discursus on methods of organizing; in particular, it details methods of conducting struggle — that is, of resolving disagreements, of interacting with the masses and political allies, and of communicating with comrades. Constructive Struggle rejects the liberal position of agreement for the sake of agreement, as well as the ultraleftist error of “struggle addiction.” The dictum we should all strive to follow is Cure the illness, save the patient.
