An Editorial meeting of the Board of Unity–Struggle–Unity was held at 19 December 2022 on Discord. It began at 9:32PM EST and was presided over by J. Katsfoter with the same as secretary.

Sylveste’s Labor Requirements Suspension Request was presented by J. Katsfoter. It has been appended to these minutes.
The following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED that, pursuant to USU Bylaws Article II § 11, labor requirements for Sylveste shall be suspended as of 20 December 2022 and shall continue in suspension until 20 January 2023.

- Not really popular – Mazal says we should embrace that. Debate on this subject (vulgar anti-imperialism) is pivotal at this moment. It would be appropriate to make this our first foray into advanced theoretical work. We can say that this is the kind of analysis you can expect from our theoretical journal.

- Mazal worried that this will mislead people on what Crucible looks like – might be minor

- Prospectus outlined definite goals for output which were too optimistic – expected the presence of more developed Communists prepared to write for the masses
